This seller is a super star, imho! 1000000/10!!! She has gone above and beyond in assisting me with the suncatcher that was broken in transit. What I ordered arrived quickly and very well packaged. My local post office had jammed it into my mailbox and the package was bent. When I reached out about a replacement, she quickly jumped into action attempting to work with Etsy for insurance coverage and replacement. We're having to abide by Etsy's policies on this. However, her rapid response and our communication on this issue has been stellar. Plus the cute stickers and free trial size sample included with the original order was a very pleasant surprise! Will definitely be following this shop and placing future orders!
